Bees collect it from the flowers and transport it to the beehive since it is the protein food of the bees and it is necessary for the production of royal jelly as well as for the hive’s survival. It is rich in amino acids, minerals, lipids, carbohydrates, vitamins, enzymes and coenzymes.
