WHO WE ARE

Apipharm is a purely Greek company, the last link in the chain of our family tradition in beekeeping, which begins in 1952. Since 2002, the company’s research associates have introduced, for the first time in Greece, the term “apitherapy”, helping in health problems by using apiculture products in synergy with essential oils and medicinal plants. In food terms, APIPHARM takes care of its products in order to maintain all their nutrients and their comparable taste unchanged.
In the range of our honey production, one can see the wonderful color palette of each kind of honey, can taste the variety of flavors and smell magical odors.
Due to the care and love of APIPHARM towards the bee – that defines how we treat its products – our honey is already distributed in some of the most popular delicatessens in Greece and abroad. All APIPHARM products are distributed through pharmacies in Greece and abroad and our expert consultants-partners are always available not only to the scientist but also to the consumer to inform and help.
Apipharm is in close collaboration with Apimondia, EKEM, the Apitherapy Commission, the Department of Pharmacy of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, as well as with other relevant institutions to ensure that it is the vanguard in its knowhow.

QUALITY POLICY

Apipharm always chooses the best quality of raw materials from beekeepers who apply traditional techniques. We make sure that the process of the products is as mild as possible. We pay attention not to burden the products with odd thermal processes, we ensure the right storage and transport conditions and, more importantly, our specifications are more stringent than the legislation. For example, our thyme honey is 3 times more thyme than the law stipulates. We think exactly like you and we use the same products as you do… Apipharm products.

All Apipharm products are subject to constant quality controls, with particular emphasis on guaranteeing the absence of drug residues or other chemicals in the final products and, of course, none of Apipharm products is genetically modified.
